| Search and select Community Business Partner to feedback and review. |

| Submitted feedback will be reviewed by Community Business Partner within 7 day, Community Business Partner will verify and reply accordingly, if Community Business Partner deem feedback by member is valid, Community Business Partner has the right to issue Appreciation Voucher to member. |

| Member will receive notification from Community Business Partner on the appreciation voucher via email. |

| Member must present the Appreciation Voucher to the Community Business Partner during the intend of redemption before ordering (F&B) or using the appreciation voucher (Purchases any kind or products or services) for redemption. |

| To redeem – Member will required to log-in to www.feedzola.my to claim appreciation voucher. Member can print out appreciation voucher and use it at the Community Business Partner’s outlet to redeem. |
